Germany goalkeeper Jens Lehmann has admitted he would "give his life" to reach the final of Euro 2008.

Joachim Low´s side take on Turkey in the last four on Wednesday and the Stuttgart stopper is desperate to help his team book a place in Sunday´s final after they were knocked out by Italy at the semi-final stage at the 2006 World Cup.

The former Arsenal man told the Bild newspaper: "For me this is the most important game. I don´t want to go out again in the semi-finals. As a player I can not promise a victory, only that I will push myself and give my life."
