Kazim-Richards impressed by Terim

Turkey forward Colin Kazim-Richards has hailed the man-management skills of inspirational coach Fatih Terim which are driving the squad towards Euro 2008 glory this summer.

The Turks´ never-say-die spirit helped them through the group stages as they scored last-minute winners against both Switzerland and the Czech Republic before a last-gasp extra-time equaliser against Croatia sent them on their way to a penalty shoot out win which booked their place in the semi-finals.

And Kazim-Richards believes the coach is one of the main reasons behind their incredible run. He said: "He is always installing belief. He is incredible. He doesn´t let your head go down - if it does, he shouts at you straight away."
