It could be argued that the number of superstars who are being underutilised and kept off of WWE TV outweigh the number of superstars being used effectively.

There are a lot of superstars and tag teams who are barely used except for filler matches on RAW and Smackdown.

Time for a push?

Superstars like Jack Swagger, Heath Slater and Curtis Axel are all arguably being under utilized on the roster and could be worthy of a push.

However it does seem unlikely that it will happen and it really is a shame to see so many superstars not getting the time they deserve.

Another man being underutilised is Damien Sandow who spent much of 2014 as the Miz's stunt double earning his way back into the hearts of the WWE Universe.

It ended badly for him in the end though as he lost the gimmick of Mizdow and began impersonating hall of famer Randy Savage - becoming Macho Mandow.

That gimmick has now also disappeared following the recent events with Hulk Hogan and his tag team partner in the Mega Powers Axelmania also losing his gimmick.

Rumours are circling however that Sandow could be set to debut a new gimmick and one that appears to be unlike anything in the WWE right now.

Sandow was in a video with Xavier Woods where the two talked about video games and he was going by the name of Sizzle and was pretty much rhyming about everything.

There are rumours claiming that this could be his new gimmick and only time will tell if it makes it to RAW and Smackdown or if the former intellectual saviour of the unwashed masses will leave it on YouTube.
