Holland coach Marco van Basten has warned both players and supporters not to get carried away after their stunning start to Euro 2008.

Holland thrashed world champions Italy 3-0 with goals from Ruud van Nistelrooy, Wesley Sneijder and Giovanni van Bronckhorst.

"We have won just one game," said the coach. "This is only the first step and I think if we show the same fighting spirit that we did against Italy in our next games, then we will be able to do great things in this tournament."
