Many believed Sting would be ejected into this match to team up with Reigns and Ambrose, and a third member would join the Wyatt Family to even up the numbers.
This however, seems to be no longer the case as reports have surfaced saying Sting would not be competing in the ring at SummerSlam, but could be present at the event in some other way. He could interfere in this tag team match late on or in another match completely.
This means two matches will now be confirmed for SummerSlam. As well as this match is the highly anticipated rematch and the main event between Brock Lesnar and The Undertaker.
The Phenom returned and attacked The Beast at Battleground because of his constant boasting and domination ever since he defeated the undefeated streak at WrestleMania XXX.
Also in the pipeline for the second biggest pay-per-view of the year is Seth Rollins vs John Cena in a title for title match. Rollins issued the challenge to Cena on this week’s episode of Raw, but Cena is yet to respond as he has been off TV since his nose injury caused by Rollins just over a week ago.
Reigns and Ambrose vs The Wyatt Family is looking like a good match to watch at SummerSlam and it could possibly steal the show.
