Getafe president Angel Torres has played down speculation the Primera Liga club is for sale.

Media reports on Thursday suggested that Getafe had been put up for sale for between 40-50million euros and that there were a number of interested parties from the UK and the Middle East.

However, Torres, who according to the reports said that he and two unnamed partners owned 100% of the club, said: "The club is not for sale, I have not spoken with anybody from England nor has anybody called me. As well as that, I don´t speak English."
