Gareth Bale has taken to Twitter to call out team-mate Toni Kroos after he was snubbed by the German during Real Madrid's final pre-season game against Bayern Munich.
The Welsh international, fresh off of scoring in the 2-0 win against former side Tottenham in the Audi Cup in Germany, couldn't repeat the trick as Real Madrid as Robert Lewandoswki's late strike consigned the Spanish giants to a 1-0 defeat ahead of their La Liga opener.
Kroos was substituted off during the game, and Bale went to greet the former Bayern Munich ace with a congratulatory high five.
Sadly however it wasn't reciprocated by Kroos who completely ignored him. Worst still for Bale is that it was caught on camera and soon went viral amongst football fans all over the world.
Bale responded in the best way possible however, first by posting the video himself on his Twitter page to his seven million followers before then tweeting out a picture of himself and Kroos finally completing the high five.
The former Tottenham man is set to have a much better season for Madrid this time after struggling during the last campaign.
New boss Rafa Benitez has indicated that Bale will be handed a central role in attack this season - something the player himself has said he'd prefer.
