It was only in last week's main event match between John Cena and Seth Rollins on Raw that the current WWE World Heavyweight Champion broke the 15 time World Champions nose with an accidental knee to the face.
Shockingly, just days after his surgery last week, John Cena is already back in the gym preparing for his return to WWE which is has been announced as August 17th, just six days before he faces Seth Rollins at SummerSlam.
This comes as no surprise to John Cena fans after he has made a name for himself as the kind of guy who doesn't wait to recover from injuries. He is always back in the ring sooner than expected and it is likely that he will have to wear a face guard for what could be the biggest match of his 13 year career.

Cena underwent surgery on July 28th to help him to breath better after the accidental incident last week. The United States Champion still managed to not only finish the match but force the current World Champion to tap to the STF to give him massive bragging rights heading into SummerSlam.
Could Cena be returning to Raw in less than two weeks time to accept Seth Rollins challenge for a match with both titles on the line? Could he be hoping that he will be walking out of Brooklyn New York as the first dual champion in WWE in recent memory?
If Cena also manages to win the match he will also create history by being the first man to ever hold the WWE World Heavyweight Championship twice, after the belt was only unified in 2013.
But will John Cena now be heading into the match with a glaring weakness? Rollins new WWE shirt that reads "Never Shuts Up and You Can't See Knee" already shows that the former Shield member knows that Cena has a weakness and he will do everything in his power to exploit it.
Could The WWE Universe see a clear winner between Cena and Rollins on August 23rd? Or will there once again be an interference to end the match? The likelihood is that if anyone is to win both titles then it will be Seth Rollins.
It is early in his WWE career to give him such an accolade but the thought is that John Cena doesn't another World Title reign and he will equal Ric Flair's record if he does and WWE are not ready for that.
Rollins on the other hand has never missed an episode of Raw since his debut the night after Survivor Series in 2012 and has proven that his work rate and effort cannot be matched by any other current WWE Superstar so this could be WWE's way of rewarding him and allowing him to finally break away from The Authority and prove he can go it alone.
