Lyon leave it late

Sidney Govou volleyed home an extra-time winner as Lyon rode their luck to defeat Paris St Germain 1-0 in the Coupe de France final and complete the first double in the club´s history.

Les Gones, crowned Ligue 1 champions last weekend for the seventh successive season, were listless throughout but still managed to claim France´s premier cup competition for the first time since 1973 thanks to Govou´s strike in the 101st minute.

PSG, aiming for a double themselves having won the Coupe de la Ligue back in March, will bemoan their misfortune.
