WWE: The Rock features prominently on new WrestleMania 32 promotion material

WrestleMania 32 may still be some time away but, with the event continuing to be the biggest feather in the WWE cap, wrestling fans the world over are already speculating as to what the organization has in mind for 2016.

Expectations rising

That speculation may ramp up a gear or two today too, after a photograph showing a new WrestleMania design on WWE production trucks entered the public sphere.

The image shows part-time Superstar and fan favorite, The Rock, given the most prominent position on the trucks and fans have already been quick to take this as a sign the People's Champ is set for a major role in proceedings next April.

The Wrestling Observer were first to note the headline role for The Rock, and a picture has since surfaced online:

The Rock is no longer a mainstay of the WWE roster but remains one of the companies most well known figures and, with WWE hoping for to bring back a host of veteran stars for the 2016 extravaganza, it looks like they are already pushing the wrestler-turned-actor's role early.

There had been talk that The Rock could be set to face off against Triple H in Dallas next year and seeing his face at the forefront of WWE's promotional material a full eight months ahead of the big night will only increase expectations moving forward.
