Santi Cazorla would relish the chance to represent Spain at this summer´s European Championships amid reports of a shock call-up for the Villarreal midfielder.

Spanish media on Thursday suggested the 23-year-old was in line for a possible place in Luis Aragones´ 23-man Euro 2008 squad, which is now being named on Saturday after being postponed for 24 hours due to the death of team doctor Genaro Borras.

Cazorla, who has yet to win a Spain cap, said: "If Luis calls me up it would be a dream. If there are rumours about this then it already makes me proud. I would give up my holidays and whatever to be able to participate in an event like this."
