Manchester United will have to pay £35 million if they want to sign Lazio midfielder Lucas Biglia, according to reports in Italy. It had been reported yesterday that a £17.5 million deal had been agreed between the two clubs, but the Italian side are holding out for a larger fee, and have included the 29-year-old in their 25 man squad for the UEFA Champions League play-off tie with Bayer Leverkusen. In other news, Real Madrid are coming to terms with the fact United will not budge in their 40 million euros valuation of David de Gea. Ed Woodward is adamant the Spanish stopper will remain at Old Trafford if their demands are not met and according to reports, Madrid president Florentino Perez is preparing to cough up the cash in order to land his number one target. And finally, United wanted to complete a deal for Pedro, before they allow Javier Hernandez, who has been linked with a £12million move to West Ham, to leave, according to the Daily Mail.
