The Brazil international, who won the Ballon d’Or in 2007, thinks his former club Real Madrid will not offload the France international without a fight.
Arsenal are reportedly keen to sign Benzema this summer, despite Arsene Wenger insisting the rumours are merely paper talk, and are prepared to break their transfer record in order to sign the world-class centre forward.

“I think Benzema is one of the best forwards at this moment so I don’t think Real Madrid will give him away so easily,” Kaka told talkSPORT.
“But Karim Benzema is a very good player and if he can have the opportunity to go to Arsenal then Arsenal will take a very, very good player.”
Kaka is right: Arsenal will struggle to sign Benzema
Kaka and Benzema both joined Real Madrid in the summer of 2009, but the former suffered from a series of injury problems during his spell at the Bernabeu and subsequently left the Spanish giants two summers ago for AC Milan.
The 33-year-old now plies his trade in Major League Soccer for Orlando City.
It’s safe to assume Kaka is right when predicting Real Madrid won’t allow Benzema to leave the club unless they receive a sensational offer from the Gunners.
Arsenal are reportedly prepared to pay a club-record £45 million fee for the 27-year-old - but it’s still unlikely such an offer would tempt Real Madrid president Florentino Perez into selling one of his favourite players.
Real Madrid are currently happy with their striker options and Arsenal, in order to give themselves the best possible chance of winning the Premier League title this season, should consider signing a top-class alternative before the transfer window closes.
