Schlaudraff poised for Hannover move

Bayern Munich striker Jan Schlaudraff is set to join Bundesliga rivals Hannover at the end of the season.

The 24-year-old only moved to the Allianz Arena from Alemania Aachen last summer, but has found his path to the first team blocked by the likes of Luca Toni, Miroslav Klose and Lukas Podolski.

The Germany international´s lack of first-team action has all but ended his chances of securing a place in Joachim Low´s Euro 2008 squad.
