Published Add your comment

Valenciennes coach Antoine Kombouare has been slapped with a four-match suspension from the touchline and dressing room for using "coarse words towards a referee" during last month´s Ligue 1 match against Lyon.

Kombouare was dismissed from the dugout during VA´s 2-1 loss to the French champions on March 30 after he took his complaints at refereeing decisions too far.

His ban begins immediately and he will only be allowed to return to the bench from May 17.
