Red Devils have their eye on a striker in Bundesliga

Published 2 Comments

Manchester United are keeping a watchful eye over the progress of Barnet's young striker Matt Stevens. The 17-year-old scored over 50 goals for Barnet's youth team and has attracted interest from a number of Premier League clubs, with Manchester United and City the front runners. Meanwhile, the Red Devils are reportedly set to offer Thomas Muller a bumper £135,000-a-week deal to lure him to Old Trafford. United are short in striking options and Louis van Gaal is a big admirer of the German. Reports suggest that United are preparing a £50 million deal. And finally, Guillame Balague has tweeted that United have not met Pedro's release clause at Barcelona, however the Sky Sports pundit believes the Red Devils are still the front runners.
