Marseille midfielder Mathieu Valbuena has pulled out of the France squad for Wednesday´s friendly with England after suffering an injury during his side´s 1-0 defeat to Sochaux.
The 23-year-old was substituted a minute before half-time in Saturday´s match and will be out for at least 10 days - blowing his chance of earning a first senior cap.
Valbuena recently suffered from an abductor injury and club coach Eric Gerets confirmed his latest complaint was a recurrence of the same problem.
