Terzic quits over warrant

The president of the Serbian football association (FSS) has resigned after police issued a warrant for his arrest because of alleged financial irregularities.

A warrant was issued on March 4 for Zvezdan Terzic in relation to his his time as a director of Superliga outfit OFK Beograd.

The 42-year-old former player has been out of the country since January, after going to Croatia to attend a UEFA executive committee meeting in Zagreb.
