Having ended their interest in Pedro, who went on to join Chelsea, it was reported the Red Devils had turned their interest to the 23-year-old, and had bid for the Saints man a week ago.
But after a Southampton official said Mane would not be leaving the club this summer, Koeman has claimed there have been no offers from Manchester United, or Tottenham Hotspur, who are linked with Victor Wanyama.

As relayed by the Evening Standard, the Dutch boss, who watched his side draw 1-1 with FC Midtjylland last night, said: "Listen, there is no bid for any player. Not for Wanyama, not for Sadio, not anyone.
"We have to deal with rumours of the press and maybe somebody of Manchester - I don't know.
"There is no contact and no bid for nobody and we don't sell any more players. That is very clear in my opinion. I don't like [these rumours] because maybe players are thinking and they are not then focused on what they have to do.”
MANE HAS POTENTIAL TO PLAY FOR TOP FOUR CLUB
Mane has fired 11 goals in 35 games since joining from Red Bull Salzburg in 2014, and has terrorised a number of defences with his pace and skill.
If he was to move to Old Trafford, he has the ability to challenge for a place in the starting line-up, and at 23 time is still on his side to develop into a word class player.
He may not be of the same stature of someone like Pedro, but he certainly matches the mould of players Louis van Gaal is looking for.
He is young, has blistering pace and keen eye for goal. After Koeman's claim and the assertion from a Southampton official, it would seem unlikely Mane will leave the south coast before the transfer window closes.
But if he was to move it would require a huge fee from the Red Devils, something Louis van Gaal's men have become used to in recent years.
