WWE: Who the hell is new Wyatt Family member Braun Strowman?

Published 34 Comments

SummerSlam wasn't the end of the feud between Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose and the Wyatt Family, it was merely the start.

Wyatt's New Monster

Reigns and Ambrose may have won at the biggest PPV of the summer, but the Wyatt's just pulled a game changer out of thin air last night, by unveiling a new member of the Wyatt Family, and he is an absolute monster.

What made it even better, was that nobody knew who he was, with the Brooklyn crowd chanting "Who Are You?" at the unknown wrestler who made Reigns pass out.

Strowman's Here

Well now we know who he is, former strongman competitor Adam Scherr, who is better known in WWE circles as Braun Strowman, or Stowman, depending on which sites you read the news from.

What made this so amazing is that only a few people actually know about the 6-foot-8, 385-pound Strowman, and it was a real shock that he made his debut on Monday Night Raw, just so seen after joining the company.

Strowman signed with the WWE in the summer of 2013 and only made his NXT in-ring debut in December of 2014, only appearing at house shows rather than working NXT TV events, which is why no one knew who he was.

Strowman has moved on from being an unknown development talent in NXT who beat another unknown talent in a dark match for Main Event, to debuting on Raw in a pretty big feud, going against two of the top faces of the company in Reigns and Ambrose.

And Strowman just cleared the ring of the former Shield stars, showing off his immense strength to lift the two up like they are nothing. The Black Sheep is here, and he just made this feud very one-sided.
