Russian forward Aleksandr Kokorin has been surprisingly linked with a move to Arsenal recently and the Gunners supporters are less than happy about it.

The 24-year-old has scored 45 goals in 193 games for Russian club Dynamo Moscow, and has also been linked with a move to Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur this summer.

But having been rumoured to be in for France international Benzema and PSG star Cavani, Arsenal fans appear underwhelmed by the arrival of a forward who is unproven outside of his home nation and has a highest goal tally of 13 goals in a season.

Arsenal are desperate to sign a forward before the transfer window closes in six days with Olivier Giroud failing to impress in the opening stages of the season.

Despite scoring an acrobatic goal against Crystal Palace, the France international has struggled in the games against West Ham and Liverpool.

Arsene Wenger's refusal to play Theo Walcott from the start despite his inclusion pre-season seems to signify he does not believe the England international can lead the line for the Gunners.

Arsenal have been left trailing behind their league rivals in terms of money spent and players brought in, but the Emirates club are not far off challenging for the title.

It is widely accepted the club need a new defensive midfielder and striker to be considered ready for the title, and failure to snap up players in those positions could spell another disappointing year for the Gunners.

Arsenal fans, what is your opinion on how Wenger has gone about his business this summer? Is he under pressure already? Have your say below!
