Ajax kept up the pressure on Eredivisie leaders PSV Eindhoven as they sailed to a 2-0 victory against 10-man FC Utrecht.

In-form striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar broke the deadlock for the second-placed side on 68 minutes and the game went from bad to worse for Utrecht as Sander Keller was given his marching orders just four minutes later.

Johnny Heitinga sealed a deserved win for Ajax 12 minutes from time.
