Manchester United defender Jonny Evans is set to have a medical at Premier League outfit West Brom this evening, according to Telegraph journalist John Percy.
The Northern Ireland centre-back has endured a tricky time under the guidance of Louis van Gaal at Old Trafford, having failed to secure a regular role under the Dutch regime.
In fact, Evans still hasn't featured for the Red Devils this season, and it now appears that he may have played his last game for the club.

It appears, then, if Percy is to be believed, that Evans will be reunited with former Manchester United teammate Darren Fletcher, who joined the Baggies back in January.
And with Evans set to arrive at the club, it appears that former Manchester City defender Joleon Lescott will complete a move to Aston Villa before the close of the transfer window.
Percy tweeted: "#mufc defender Jonny Evans is having a medical at West Brom tonight. Joleon Lescott now likely to join #avfc before Tuesday's deadline #wba"
It's the right time
In truth, it's a shame that things haven't worked out for Evans in the last couple of years in Manchester. In Sir Alex Ferguson's final year in charge, the 27-year-old started to prove himself as a key player for the club, however he's struggled to maintain form and fitness in recent time.
At West Brom, though, Evans will no doubt be hoping to get back to his best, as he goes in search of first-team football.
There's no doubt about it, under the guidance of Tony Pulis, Evans can still prove his credentials in England's elite division.
