Manchester United goalkeeper Victor Valdes' move to Turkish outfit Besiktas has fallen through according to Spanish newspaper El Mundo Deportivo.
The Spaniard only joined Manchester United in January on an 18-month contract but is already on his way out after boss Louis van Gaal accused him of failing to buy into his 'philosophy' having allegedly refused to turn out for the under-21's.
Valdes appeared to be close to joining Besikats with reports suggesting he was set to fly into Turkey today to complete his move.

Now however the move appears to be in doubt because Valdes has performed a u-turn having decided he doesn't want to move to Turkey according to El Mundo Deportivo.
That leaves open the possibility of Valdes remaining at Old Trafford beyond the end of the transfer window.
The window shuts on Tuesday and is it stands there is no suitor lined up to take the former Barcelona man, which would further complicate Manchester United's goalkeeper problems.
Number one David de Gea is yet to play a single game this season because of transfer speculation linking him with a move to Real Madrid. Van Gaal insists he is not mentally ready to play, however is confident that the former Atletico Madrid man can reclaim his spot if he is still at Old Trafford once the window shuts.
