The Carolina Panthers have had an absolute nightmare of an off-season.
Ahead of the 2015 NFL campaign, the Panthers lost their top receiver for the entire season as Kelvin Benjamin managed to tear an ACL on a simple curl route during a joint-practice session with the Miami Dolphins.
That isn't the end of things however, with the Panthers facing several more injury woes in the run up to the start of the regular season.

According to a report from Bill Voth of Black and Blue Review, it's now just new injuries that Carolina are having to deal with, but lingering, long-term injuries are plaguing the Panthers roster as well.
During yesterday's practice ahead of their final pre-season game, the Panthers had 12 players all forced to sit out because of injury.
For one, their receiving corps is having a hard time replacing Benjamin at the moment because they’re seemingly all hurt.
Rookie wideout Devin Funchess remains out with a hamstring strain, and was joined on the sidelines by Jerricho Cotchery, who coach Ron Rivera said had “just a tweak” of a groin muscle and was expected to play in the regular season opener.
When you add that fact that Carolina has just let Jarrett Boykin go, who will take to the field against the Steelers this weekend?
The defensive line is looking just as banged up, with four players having to sit out, including Star Lotuleilei and Charles Johnson, with the latter suffering a trapped muscle in his neck that reportedly had him walking like "Quasimodo" from the Hunchback of Notre Dame.
