It's fight week again and the UFC is heading home to Las Vegas for UFC 191.
Headlined by a Flyweight title bout, the UFC has stacked the card with big names and even bigger fights in the hope to buck the trend of the Flyweight Champion Demetrious Johnson proving to be a poor draw.
Mighty Mouse is one of the most dominant champions in the UFC but for some reason he just hasn't been able to draw in the big numbers. Perhaps this stacked card will help. In Part I we look at the Feature Bout on the Prelim Card, pitting Ross Pearson against Paul Felder and the first two fights on the Main Card.

Ross Pearson v. Paul Felder
The feature bout on the Prelim Card sees Pearson (17-9) take on Felder (10-1), who has seven KO wins to his name. Pearson seems to have become somewhat of a gatekeeper for the top 10 in the Lightweight Division. With a record of 5-5 with 1 no contest in his last eleven, beginning with a loss to Edson Barboza, Pearson always seems to fall short of the top 10 with losses to high ranked fighters.
Felder will be hoping that a win against Pearson will help project him up towards the top 10. His most notable win was a highlight reel knockout of Danny Castillo with a spinning back fist. He is coming off the back of a loss to Barboza however, and will be hoping not to suffer the same fate as Pearson. This one should not go the distance.
Prediction: Felder by KO

Paige VanZant v. Corey Anderson
The 21 year old VanZant (5-1) is being tipped for greatness. She turned in an impressive performance in her last bout dominating Felice Herrig in a unanimous decision. VanZant's only loss came to highly regarded Tecia Torres, when VanZant was only 19 years old.
Chambers (5-2) has had an inauspicious start to her UFC career beginning with her stint on TUF. She lost a quick submission in the first round to Rose Namajunas on the show and again to Aisling Daly in her first official fight in the UFC. She did win her last fight against Kailin Curran with an arm bar finish in the third round. However, all three judges had Chambers losing the fight before catching the armbar.
Prediction: VanZant by Submission
Jan Blachowicz v. Corey Anderson
Blachowicz (18-4) might feel hard done by in the build up to this event having originally being slated to fight much higher ranked Anthony Johnson. His last opponent, Manuwa, was drafted in to replace the Polish fighter but he still remains on the card fighting TUF 19 winner Corey Anderson (5-1). Blachowicz's loss to Manuwa in his last fight ended a six fight win streak.
Anderson is still a very tough opponent. Still relatively inexperienced in comparison, Anderson has just suffered his first loss to Gian Villante. Both fighters will be looking to bounce back into the win column on Saturday night.
Prediction: Anderson by Decision
