Tom Brady has said the offseason has been 'enjoyable' despite the accusations of his involvement with the New England Patriots in Deflategate.
The quarterback recently spoke in a panel discussion at a gala supporting the Patriots charitable foundation at Gillette Stadium alongside a couple of teammates.
The night was hosted by former Patriot Scott Zolak and whilst there wasn't any direct reference to the court case and Brady's four-game suspension, Brady did have an interesting answer to one of Zolak's questions about the offseason.

Brady said according to The Boston Herald: “Yeah, it’s been such an enjoyable offseason.”
It might be difficult for some people to understand how the offseason could be classed as 'enjoyable' for Brady when he has constantly been questioned for a possible involvement in one of the biggest and most talked about NFL controversies since Spygate.
This wasn't the only joke of the night by the 10-time Pro Bowler produced on the night, as he also compared his younger teammates to his own children because he has to repeat instructions until it sinks into their heads.
The court case on Brady's four-game suspension is expected to come to it's final ruling by the end of the week. By then, we might find out that the offseason has become even more 'enjoyable' for the quarterback, as the ruling will decide if Brady starts on week one or not.
At the moment, it appears Jimmy Garoppolo will be taking the snaps in the season opener, but that could all change by the end of the week.
