Manchester United goalkeeper Victor Valdes had to eat on his own in the canteen at the club's Carrington training base after his kit had initially been moved to the academy's dressing room when he returned to Manchester earlier this summer, according to the Daily Mail.
Valdes, of course, has endured a torrid stint at Old Trafford under the guidance of Louis van Gaal, with the Spanish shot-stopper having only featured on two occasions for the first-team since joining the club on a free transfer back in January.
Of course, things haven't been getting any easier for the former Barcelona man of late after he had a falling out with Van Gaal.

Ultimately, the experienced 'keeper wasn't included in Manchester United's pre-season tour of the US, and has since found himself isolated at the club under the Dutch regime.
It had appeared that he was set to join Turkish outfit Besiktas in the transfer window, however the move fell through, but, according to the same report from the Mail, Van Gaal isn't interested in handing the 'keeper a lifeline on English soil.
Let's be honest, the situation with Valdes is a strange one. Ultimately, Manchester United have one of the most established and experienced goalkeepers in world football at their disposal, but it appears that there's no chance of him playing anytime soon.
Having been left out of the United squad for this season's Champions League, it really does appear that there's no way back for him, which is a shame. He - and United - should have forced through a transfer in the summer window.
