Chelsea winger Willian believes that team-mate Eden Hazard can win the Ballon d'Or one day - and also picked Lionel Messi over Cristiano Ronaldo as the best player in the world.
Hazard was named the PFA Player of the Year last season and insisted that his sights were set on becoming one of the best players in the world. However the Belgian international admits he has struggled to reach the same levels this season, conceding that he's been as 'not as good' in 2015/16 so far.
Despite that Willian believes the former Lille ace has what it takes to elevate his game to the level of Messi and Ronaldo and scoop the prestigious Ballon d'Or, along with compatriot and Barcelona star Neymar.

Asked to pick who could win the Ballon d'Or between his Chelsea team-mate and Neymar, Willian said he believes both have the talent to take on the two best players in the world.
He told Goal: "Both of them [can win]! They are players of great quality. Although they have different styles, in my opinion.
"Both are very skilled and have a lot of quality, but I think their styles are a little different. But I would choose both of them in a game to play in my team, for sure.
"I think so [Hazard and Neymar can win the Ballon d'Or]. They are two great players. I think it depends on them, but they have great potential to reach that level. So I think if they continue to develop, continue to grow, certainly they will have everything to achieve this award."
The Brazilian, who joined Chelsea from Shakhtar Donetsk in 2013, was much more decisive when asked to pick between Messi and Ronaldo. He said: "Oh my, only one!?. I choose Messi."
Chelsea have claimed just four points from their first four Premier League games so far, and will look to get back to winning ways against Everton when the action resumes after the international break.
