As the Transfer Window comes to a close with a record amount spent, we look at the top three buys which have got fans excited with their early season performances.
There are a lot of noticeable exceptions who's aren't included such as Dimitri Payet who looks a bargain at £10.7 million as he has brought class and skill to the West Ham team so far.
Pedro looks a great buy for Chelsea as he has re-energised the attacking lineup and has hit the ground running with a goal and two assists.

Also add Matteo Darmian and Nathaniel Clyne who look among the best full backs in the league at the start of this season. But neither have broken into this the top three:
3rd Place - James Milner (Manchester City to Liverpool FREE)
In third, I've gone for James Milner who joined on a free from Manchester City.

Many were surprised that City let him go as he played quite a big part in their team over the last few years. Also, the fact that he's English helps with the new home grown player quota.
Liverpool have an abundance of English players and Milner only adds to it here. But on the pitch, Milner has been slotted quite nicely into the midfield alongside new captain Jordan Henderson. With the departure of Gerrard, the midfield needed experience and energy and Milner brings both.
We all know what he'll give his team; 100% every game and won't stop running but let's not forget his quality; he has scored a winner against Bayern Munich in the Champions League and won two Premier League titles. He's got real experience and is just Liverpool need. For what he gives the team from the experience to the mentality these are the reasons why he's number three.
2nd Place - Raheem Sterling (Liverpool to Manchester City £49 Million)
Coming in at second place is Raheem Sterling, which was a huge transfer in the context that the transfer fee was massive as well as the massive effect he's had on the team in the early stages of his City career.
Sterling was gunning for a move away from Anfield for a long time and was linked with Chelsea and Real Madrid but both failed to match the extremely high fee set by Liverpool. Enter Manchester City, with their endless funds to pay over the odds for the young English talent.
They were widely criticised for paying over the odds but there is no denying he is a world class young talent and at 20-years-old he has plenty of time to develop into a world class player.
His start has been very encouraging as he has brought width to this City team which has allowed Silva to excel in that central position, he's set up a few already as well as scoring his first against Watford. City now lead the table and look like title favourites, eight points ahead of last year's champions Chelsea.
Sterling has definitely made an instant impact and looking forward, he can be a huge player for his City side as he looks to win back their title. He could also be a player for years to come; that's why he's been ranked number two.
1st Place - Andre Ayew (Marseille to Swansea FREE)
Possibly a surprise entry in at one, but Swansea have done some very good business here to say the least.
Ayew came from the French League after a successful spell with Marseille but has come to the Premier League and started like a house on fire. This a player who's had experience at the highest levels such as the Champions League and the World Cup with Ghana.
He definitely has quality and Swansea acted quick and snapped him up on a free. His early form has been excellent which has seen Swansea draw away at Chelsea, which he scored in, and beat Manchester United where he assisted and scored.
Two massive results for the Swans and two very big performances from him. Only time will tell how much of an impact he'll continue to have but his start is very encouraging. If he keeps his level up he can be a real key player in this team as they look to push Liverpool and Tottenham for those Europa League places.
If they do make it that high, you can guarantee he will play a big part and for purchasing him for free will only make it better.
He's number one in this list because of the quality of player he is and for the incredibly small amount Swansea have paid for him. If he carries on this form we could be looking at an incredible season for him and for Swansea.
