The England and Arsenal forward is famed for his blistering pace, and that has not gone unnoticed by developers, who have given him the incredible rating.
Walcott tops the list, alongside Fortuna Düsseldorf's Mathis Bolly, and his rating will make him a must-have for the majority of Ultimate Team players.
Real Madrid star Gareth Bale is also in the top ten. The Welsh international is third on the list, with a rating of 95.
The top ten is made up of players with 95 pace. Roma's Victor Ibarbo and Borussia Dortmund's Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, are the other big-name additions.
The other players are Williams of Athletic Club de Bilbao, Jürgen Damm of Tigres U.A.N.L., Stabaek Fotball's Ernest Asante, Salif Dianda of Ternana and Livorno's Maicon.
Bale will be an extremely expensive addition for FIFA players, with his overall rating of 87, but Walcott will be a lot cheaper at 81.
Of course, the Arsenal star has always been fast on the video game, but has moved up from second in last years' addition after Bolly was demoted from 97.
Walcott's real life pace was on show for England last week, as he scored a brace against San Marino, and he will be hoping his speed can produce more goals for the Gunners this season.
