Liverpool forward Danny Ings is expected to start for Liverpool against Manchester United this weekend after scoring twice against Wolves in a behind-closed-doors match during the international break.
This has been reported by the Telegraph, who claim that Ings is set to make his first Premier League start for the Merseyside outfit in the crunch clash at Old Trafford tomorrow evening.
Ings has endured a tricky start to his Liverpool career, having failed to secure regular game time under the guidance of Brendan Rodgers, but he will now be desperate to prove his credentials at the club sooner rather than later.

With Brazilian playmaker Philippe Coutinho suspended for the trip to Manchester, Rodgers could also be without the duo of Jordan Henderson and Adam Lallana, who could miss out through injury.
One thing's for sure, after the Reds suffered a humiliating defeat to West Ham in their last outing, Rodgers will have to make some changes for the showdown at the Theatre of Dreams.
Tomorrow really could prove a huge chance for Ings to kickstart his Liverpool career. Ultimately, with Daniel Sturridge closing in on a return to full fitness, things are only going to get harder for the English youngster as he goes in search of proving his credentials on Merseyside.
One thing's for sure, a goal for Ings at Old Trafford - something he did for Burnley last season - may well get things going for him with Liverpool.
After a nightmare display against the Hammers before the international break, a number of Liverpool players will be determined to prove a point.
