Internazionale coach Roberto Mancini was delighted with his side´s 4-1 rout of Genoa and hopes they can use the victory to emerge triumphant from Sunday´s top-of-the-table clash at Juventus.

Goals from Esteban Cambiasso, Ivan Cordoba, David Suazo and Julio Cruz ensured the champions maintained their spot at the head of the table. And Inter could even have won by a greater margin had it not been for Hernon Crespo´s contender for miss of the season when he lifted his shot over an empty goal from just eight yards.

"We took on one of the most in-form sides and, I have to say, we beat them well," Mancini told Sky Italia. "I´m happy Suazo scored. It´s always important for a striker to score. I don´t think this goal can change everything, but it will give him the confidence he deserves. And I hope Crespo is keeping his goals for Sunday!"
