The Dudley Boys made their epic WWE return a few weeks ago on the Raw after SummerSlam, and ever since this has opened the door to many other tag teams from the Attitude Era.
Edge and Christian were backstage at Raw this past week ahead of their appearance on the Stone Cold Podcast and appeared in a segment with the Dudley Boys that "totally reeked of awesomeness."
Could Matt and Jeff make a return?
The only part of the famous TLC trio that was missing from this exchange was the Hardy Boys who are currently signed to TNA, but they have been hinting on Twitter this past week that they too would be up for a WWE return.

Matt Hardy himself tweeted:
He then thanked Edge and Christian for the kind words they said about him and his brother during the height of their career in WWE.
Bubba Ray tweeted both Matt and Jeff after the backstage segment and said:
It was thought that WWE would not rehire Jeff Hardy again because of his drug addiction problems and the fact that he left WWE for a third violation of their wellness policy back in 2009.
But it seems that this was so that Hardy could recover from many of his niggling injuries and he himself told the WWE Universe that "This isn't goodbye forever, this is just goodbye for now."
WrestleMania 17 will always be known as the WrestleMania that boasted one of the greatest TLC matches of all time. This match involved these three components in Matt, Jeff, Edge, Christian and The Dudley Boys.
TLC is its own Pay-per-view now and nothing would be better than seeing these three compete against each other one last time, especially with Lita back being heavily involved in WWE again.
It is well known that Edge can't actually fully compete anymore because of the neck injury that forced him to retire, but the former Rated R superstar could play a smaller part in the match and allow Christian to take the brunt of it.
Right now Kurt Angle and Jeff Hardy are the two highest paid superstars in TNA, and, with their current financial issues, it makes sense for them to cut a few of their superstars. WWE have made it apparent that they are not open to resigning Kurt Angle, but could they resign Jeff and Matt?
