Memphis Depay just said this about being subbed against Liverpool

Published 2 Comments

Manchester United youngster Memphis Depay has confirmed that he is aware he is still getting to grips with the rigours of Premier League life, but said that he thought he reacted well to being subbed against Liverpool. The Dutch star was withdrawn by Louis van Gaal at the halfway point at Old Trafford last weekend, and another abject display led to questions being asked over how long it will take him to properly settle. The player himself though is confident, describing the Premier League as a different level, and acknowledging that he has things to work on. Meanwhile Victor Valdes won’t be making a move to Chelsea, despite the fact Thibaut Courtois is struggling with lengthy injury issues. Rumours had speculated that Mourinho might turn to Old Trafford outcast Valdes, but the latest on the matter is that he doesn’t want the Spaniard.
