The Tag Team Division was in a state of disarray earlier this year, but WWE have certainly found their feet with it over the past few weeks.
If, earlier this year, someone had said the Dudley Boyz would be making their WWE return, as well as Edge and Christian appearing on Monday Night Raw, there would have been little belief in either statement.
WWE had lost their way with a number of tag teams with a huge amount of potential by never fully giving them the right angle or match to prove their worth.

There were other hindrances for promising tag teams such as Cesaro and Tyson Kidd and The Usos who both fell victim to injury setbacks.
Sadly for those within the Tag Team Division as well as the company itself, these injuries only added to this already troubled section of the roster which was lacking any real sense of direction.

That was until, the Dudley Boyz made their emphatic return on Monday Night Raw at the end of August this year. Since the second their music hit, the excitement and momentum the division gained has continued to impress week in, week out on WWE television.
This is not without reason. A combination of this duo's epic return combined with the funny but still intriguing faction of The New Day has meant the WWE Tag Team Division is something to look forward to watching.
The Tag Teams WWE had over the past few years or so certainly did not compare with the most memorable ones of the past.
The likes of Los Matadores, the Prime Time players, The Ascension and Lucha Dragons therefore unquestionably had a lot to live up to.
Although they have all succeeded in some way by being impressive in the ring, with the Prime Time Players being most notable for connecting well with the crowd, they have never quite been on the same level as the likes of The Hardy Boyz.
With the Night of Champions pay-per-view event just four days away, The New Day will be looking to retain their Tag Team Titles against the might of The Dudley Boyz in a present versus past match-up.
Whichever way this result goes, WWE have opened up a whole number of opportunities with its current list of Tag Teams, with the Dudley Boyz looking set to be around for some time.
As if things were not already looking up enough for this Division, as Fansided reports, there have also been rumours circulating that The Hardy Boyz could be making a WWE return at some point next year, which would be incredible to say the least.
