Recent rumours have suggested the WWE may be in bringing back Carlito.
According to Major League Wrestling (MLW) Radio, via Cageside Seats, the WWE may be intrigued in bringing the Puerto Rican back to the company for the first time in since he was released in 2010.
This was due to a violation of their wellness program and unwillingness to visit a rehabilitation facility for a reported addiction to painkillers.

In case you didn't know, Carlito was part of the WWE from 2003 until 2010. During that period, he held a couple of WWE Championships.
Carlito made an impact in his first ever match on the WWE roster. He defeated John Cena on an episode of SmackDown in October 2004 for the United States Championship. Not many people can say they have done that unless you're Kevin Owens.
He eventually lost that title back to Cena the following month and moved onto the Intercontinental Championship. Carlito won that title against Shelton Benjamin back in June 2005 and held onto it for 90 days until he was defeated by WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair in September the same year.
As well as being involved in feuds with Cena and Flair, he has also been involved in feuds with Triple H, The Big Show and Jeff Hardy. Then, he made his mark on the tag team division by becoming a Unified Tag Team Champion alongside his real-life brother Primo.
Would it be interesting to see Carlito back in the WWE? I think it would be. It seems like he is over his issue with pain killers, which was the only reason he was fired from the WWE in the first place.
The fact he was allowed to hold championships and feud with the likes of Triple H and Flair shows he is a talented wrestler.
My only concern would be maybe he isn't a big enough name to be brought back to the main roster straight away. He would probably spend some time in NXT and then be moved up to the Raw and SmackDown shows later on.
