Marseille attacking midfielder Samir Nasri has been ruled out of next week´s Champions League clash with Liverpool due to a virus.
The 20-year-old has been hospitalised since late last week and was therefore missing for Saturday´s 2-0 Ligue 1 defeat at Auxerre.
Nasri´s condition has improved substantially, but he is not expected to be discharged until later this week and will not resume training for another 10 days.
