Manchester United youngster Adnan Januzaj was left in shock after the club decided to send him out on loan to German outfit Borussia Dortmund in the summer transfer window.
This has been reported by the Mirror, who claim that the Belgian international was so surprised to be leaving the club behind that he feared his days at Old Trafford were numbered.
It appears, though, that the talented youngster still has a long-term future at the Theatre of Dreams. The same report goes on to claim that the versatile forward has been told that he remains part of Louis van Gaal's future plans in Manchester.

Januzaj, of course, enjoyed a steady run in the United first-team before joining Dortmund on a season-long loan deal.
In fact, he started four straight games for the Red Devils, but he will now have to prove his credentials in the Bundesliga before returning to Manchester.
2016/17 is key
One thing is for sure, next season looks set to be a huge one for Januzaj in his pursuit of making a success out of his Old Trafford career.
Ultimately, under the Van Gaal regime, it has been a tricky period for the dynamic winger, but his career in England is far from finished. It's crucial he continues to learn the game over the coming months and then looks to perform on a consistent basis in the Premier League. The next two years really could define the career of the Belgian ace.
