Manchester United moved up to second place in the Premier League table yesterday with a 3-2 win at Southampton.
Juan Mata scored United's third goal to put the game beyond any doubt and dedicated the Red Devils' win to injured team-mate Luke Shaw.
The Spanish midfielder was on hand to convert after Memphis Depay's effort had cannoned back off the post, and the Old Trafford club were able to see out proceedings despite a late goal from Graziano Pelle.

After the match, Mata spoke to Sky Sports, where he dedicated the win to team-mate Shaw, who suffered a double break to his right leg against PSV Eindhoven.
As per mufc.com, the 27-year-old said: "We are very sorry for Luke, obviously what happened to him was very unlucky but he knows we are all with him and this victory is for him."
The former Chelsea man took to social media after the match to post a photo of his quotes. The image currently has over 100,000 likes on Instagram.
Mata also spoke about the importance of picking up a victory yesterday in his latest blog post on Kicca, saying: "Everybody knows that last Tuesday was a bad day for us. Because of the defeat but, especially, because of Luke Shaw's terribly serious injury.
"All of us felt his pain. That's why we wanted to dedicate a victory to him as soon as possible, to make him feel happy, at least momentarily, and it came this very Sunday."
Manchester City's shock home defeat to West Ham United leaves the Red Devils two points behind their city rivals.
Despite United's laboured performances in the opening weeks, their points return has been fantastic. The introduction of Anthony Martial has injected some much need impetus into their attack.
A trip to Arsenal and a home match against City in October will be a real challenge of their title credentials after a strong start that has seen them win four of their six matches.
