Arsenal goalkeeper Jens Lehmann will be rested by Germany in Wednesday´s friendly against Romania in Cologne.
Lehmann has suffered a reaction to an elbow injury sustained in the 2-0 win in Wales on Saturday, and Timo Hildebrand will take his place in goal.
Germany coach Joachim Low said: "Jens had a problem before the game, and even more so afterwards so he can rest for the next two or three days."
