Chelsea chairman Bruce Buck has praised chief executive Peter Kenyon for striking "a very good deal" with Real Madrid for the sale of Arjen Robben.

The Dutch winger has looked likely to move to Real Madrid all summer and a fee of more than £20million was finally agreed on Wednesday.

Buck told LBC News 1152: "We really didn´t want that to happen but in football sometimes you have to do certain things and I think Peter struck a very good deal with Real Madrid."
