Dirk Nowitzki plans two year stay

Published Add your comment

The Chicago Bears have caused quite the stir this week, having traded off two defensive players in the form of Jared Allen and Jon Bostic. Allen will move to the Carolina Panthers, pending a physical examination, while Bostic is to join the New England Patriots so long as he can pass the necessary tests. Both deals are said to be giving the Bears a sixth-round draft pick, with the franchise saying that they saw an opportunity to improve their roster and then acted upon it. The Panthers in particular was pleased with landing Allen, whilst Bostic’s Patriots move is also smart. Across to NBA and Dirk Nowitzki has plans to play for two more seasons, as per reports. The Dallas Mavericks forward is gearing up for his 17th season in the league and doesn’t want it to be his last. If and when he does retire the 37-year-old is a certainty for the Hall of Fame.
