Steven Gerrard produced some fantastic moments in a Liverpool shirt.
His role in their Champions League triumph against AC Milan, his late goal against Olympiakos to help them through to the knockout stages in that same season and the performance to see off Manchester United 4-1 at Old Trafford will love long in the memory of Reds supporters.

The former England captain scored two goals and provided an assist at the Millenium Stadium - his second strike coming in the 91st minute to level the game at 3-3 - to help Liverpool win the cup on penalties.
