PSV Eindhoven striker Arouna Kone has been released from hospital after suffering from a bout of malaria.
The 23-year-old missed the start of PSV´s pre-season trip to Moscow due to the scare, but has now returned to the club´s training complex De Herdgang.
And club doctor Cees-Rein van den Hoogenband is confident he can travel to Russia to feature in a friendly against Champions League holders AC Milan.
