Manchester United fans, a warm welcome.
You lot should know the score by now. If you don’t then it causes virtually no problem as we’re going to tell you what the score is anyway.
Here’s your daily news round-up, complete with a video report and a comments box for all your thoughts and opinions. Yes, it’s as simple as it sounds. Enjoy.
Valdes to leave
Victor Valdes will be allowed to leave Manchester United for free, but only so long as he doesn’t join another Premier League side.
The Spaniard has been frozen out by Louis van Gaal, who apparently won’t even let him train with the first-team now, and, as a result, finding a new club has become his top priority.
However, there are stipulations for United with regards to relinquishing his services - one of them being that they don’t want him playing for either Liverpool or Chelsea.
Tough times lay ahead for Valdes for sure, but it can’t really get any worse, can it?
Van Gaal relaxed over future
Moving on, Van Gaal himself has confirmed he is relaxed over his Old Trafford future, having made a promise to his wife that they will go to paradise when he retires from football management.
Van Gaal’s contract is set to expire next year, but he’s said he doesn’t know what might happen after that. Let us know if you want the Dutchman to stay or not in the comments box provided.
Januzaj and Reus
Meanwhile, Adnan Januzaj’s loan spell at Borussia Dortmund appears to be going swimmingly. The young Belgian midfielder tweeted a picture of himself sat next to teammate Marco Reus on a plane, with United fans naturally ready to respond in masses.
The general consensus is that Januzaj should be working on bringing the Germany international back to Manchester when his loan spell finishes. We won’t hold our breath for that one.
