Man United fans begin petition to sell Antonio Valencia

Published Add your comment

Manchester United fans are never afraid to voice scepticisms regarding players or coaching staff, so it’s really no surprise that they’ve started a petition to get the club to sell Antonio Valencia. Unfair? Probably, but all the same a group of disgruntled supporters - numbering around 100 - have signed a tongue-in-cheek petition requesting that their club sell him. To top off the bizarreness of the order, the letter itself is addressed to David Cameron, not Louis van Gaal. That comes after the Ecuadorian winger was subbed at half-time during the Champions League win over Wolfsburg last night. In more straightforward news Anthony Martial took to Instagram to thank Red Devils fans for their support. The young forward was once again on form and, though he didn’t score a goal, produced another showing that backs the idea he is actually worth £36 million.
