Bordeaux chairman Jean-Louis Triaud has warned Rangers they are set to miss out on top target Julien Faubert, claiming they have received a better offer from another club.
The 23-year-old France international has refused to train with his club until they accept a £4million offer from Rangers, but that bid has already been rejected by Bordeaux and Triaud has warned the Ibrox side they will have to weigh in with an improved offer or risk missing out.
He told the Daily Record: "We have received nothing more from Glasgow Rangers and in any case I´m afraid they will be too late. We have now received another bid for the player."
