Bochum have secured the services of Czech Republic goalkeeper Jan Lastuvka from Shakhtar Donetsk on a one-year loan deal.
The 24-year-old will take the place of compatriot Jaroslav Drobny, who has moved to Hertha Berlin, as first-choice custodian at the Ruhrside club.
He arrived in Bochum at the start of pre-season training on Tuesday to join eight other new faces in the squad.
