Jurgen Klopp could struggle to keep playmaker Philippe Coutinho at Anfield, according to Reds hero John Barnes.
The Kop idol believes Coutinho could have the ambition to move on, but insists he wouldn't be 'hugely disappointed' if the talented 23-year-old departed Merseyside.

The ex-Liverpool man stated: "While much of the talk has been about Klopp coming in, there is a little bit of speculation surrounding Philippe Coutinho.
"Barcelona are the side showing an interest, which is a worry given that the club have lost the likes of Xabi Alonso, Javier Mascherano, Fernando Torres, Luis Suarez and Raheem Sterling in recent memory to clubs in Champions League action.
"Can Klopp keep him at the club? I think the issue is bigger than the manager, with the ambitions of the player always the vital factor. Coutinho is a fantastic footballer, but if he wants to go I won’t be hugely disappointed. It’s his decision."
Coutinho the talisman
In truth, Barnes' comments may well surprise one or two at Anfield. Can Liverpool really afford to lose him at this stage?
Ultimately, fans and pundits alike are expecting Coutinho to act as the club's main man under the guidance of Klopp. There's reason to be excited, too. Klopp has managed some of the most impressive playmakers in the game in recent years, so will no doubt be hoping to get the best out of the Liverpool No.10.
With tricky games against Tottenham and Southampton on the horizon, the club's faithful will be hoping to see their main man flourish.
One thing is for sure, Klopp and co. will be desperate to leave White Hart Lane with all three points this weekend.
